Program Details:

Learn to sing, act and move fluently onstage through classes, workshops and rehearsals with the aim to perform a full-scale musical production in a professional theatre environment. The mission of MYTP is to build confidence and self-esteem in their students through the Arts. MYTP provides many opportunities each year for public community performances – to assist and develop well-rounded art performers.

Explore further into the world of live theatre, enhancing singing, acting and stage movement skills. Learn the art of thinking on your feet through improvisation and drama games in our workshop period at the beginning of the season and while actively rehearsing and preparing a full-scale musical to perform on stage in front of hundreds! Build confidence and self-esteem at any age. Being comfortable with bright lights, loud applause and performing in front of a live audience is all part of the process.
